Fantastic route and well organised
Love this race!
Beginner, felt welcome and friendly organisers
A runner new to these events. I really enjoyed the race. It was well organised, signposted well. Excellent finish line snacks and goodie bag. All the helpers/organisers were so friendly and runners too. Loved it, thanks.
My first half marathon event, I couldn't have wished for better!
I cried 4 times, but in the end I crossed the finish line and am proud of the achievement. Everyone involved were so kind and encouraging, well recommend to beginners and experienced runners alike!
Loved it
Maybe one more water station as only had one in half marathon and on hot day as probably not enough
Absolutely fab
My favourite race!
Love the route and all was very well organised.
I will be returning next year.
Thank you H&T.
Really enjoyable
Good food and drink stations
My first event and loved it
First half marathon, loved the camaraderieband friendliness. Will definitely be looking out for your future events. Thanks alot
Couldn't do a better event for my first half marathon
Well organised and friendly event, as usual.
Lovely scenic run along the navigation
Well organised. Thank you Peter and Bev
Fantastic scenery
Well organised and aid stations were just the right distance apart (assuming you're carrying a bottle of water with you). Really appreciate having a shuttle service at the end.
Lovely off road run, very scenic.
More water stops would be helpful
Absolutely fantastic organisation and lovely people
I will definitely be booking future events with yourselves. I loved everything minute of the Blackwater Trail. Very organised from start to finish x
Amazing run and very friendly
Would recommend as lovely scenery, clearly marked so could not get lost and everyone so helpful.
Excellent race, stunning scenery and very well organised and friendly
Lovely scenic route, v friendly volunteer. Loved my goody bag and surprise buff!
Personally I would have liked a water station at around mile 10. Most of us ran out of water around then. It was a hot run. Just to half fill my water bottle would have made those last few miles more enjoyable. (At mile 5 at the water station I had hardly drunk any of my water but topped up my bottle still, it was too early a stop). Loved my goody bag tho, and very friendly staff/volunteers.
Easy route to follow x
