The Saltmarsh Ultra is a coastal ultramarathon along the Essex Saltmarsh coastline. Whilst the coast line itself is much longer, this years event is 50 miles long starting at South Woodham Rugby Club and finishing in Maldon Promenade Park.

We have a shuttle option in place to ferry you from the finish to the start line before the event should you need it. More details on how to book the shuttle can be found during the registration process. You must book it and pay the required fee at registration.

The route will be marked by coastal path footpath finger posts also but you will have the opportunity to use the written instructions or a GPX file that will be available for download via the event website nearer the time. 

This event is a fully supported Ultramarathon, with aid stations and checkpoints at regular intervals. 

The event is cupless, please bring something for us to fill with your drinks. 

When you reach the finish line, you will recieve an H&T bespoke medal, goody bag and finisher t-shirt.

Cut off time for the event is 15 hours.
