Lovely to see some new clubs attending this year & more members from clubs that participated last year. Great atmosphere & support given to all runners. Very well organised by Hare & Tortoise - we couldn't do it without you guys. We've received a lot of posuove feedback on facebook & verbally. Thank you once again.

Fantastic event to support local charity
Loved this event, options to do as much or as little as you like in the time limit - would definitely recommend this - oh and the snacks etc were yummy!

A well-marked course which is tough in places, but with an excellent atmosphere; there were even people cheering me in to the finish in the pouring rain - and I was the last to finish!

An undulating course of just over 5k
Do as many laps as you want in 6 hours and there's cake hot drinks and you can browse the excellent My Race Kit's running gear

Absolutely loved it!
It was the 2nd one of the Hare and Tortoise runs i have done, the atmosphere was brilliant and everyone cheers you on even if you dont know anyone, i was hoping to do Half Marathon on this one but the feet thought different

Friendly, Fun and Peaceful
This was a very friendly, supportive and welcoming race.
The course was a lovely trail one with barely any road! I would definitely recommend.

Challenging course so not overly suitable for beginners but for seasoned runners or those wanting to challenge themselves it was fantastic!
Loved it. Such a great idea and particularly liked the format as there was no pressure (other than that you put on yourself!) to do a certain number of laps or certain speed. There was no judging if people wanted to walk rather than run either, everyone was really supportive and checked in on each other throughout too. Great atmosphere and the stalls were fab - the free squash and water (for a donation of course) to refill our bottles was well thought out. I hope the event is run again next year, I will be there and will spread the word! Thank you to all involved :-)
