I thought that the two water stations were too early in the run - would have preferred water stations in the latter part of the run - otherwise excellent run.

Absolutely loved it. The wind was brutal, but I really enjoyed it. The scenery was stunning. I would do the 75-mile ultramarathon if I thought I could do it. I've already recommended it to multiple people and will be back next year. I doubt that I will want to do larger events again after this experience. This was better in every way. I think a couple more signs would've been helpful, as I did get a bit lost towards the end!

Great trail race. Spectacular views of the estuary. Overall, not too hilly.

This was my first half marathon with the hare and tortoise & saltmarsh family & it certainly won’t be my last either everything about the day was perfect even down to the sun coming out on the trail, the Dinah line was something else everyone clapping as you was running up the home straight towards the finish line, tempted to enter the saltmarsh 75 now.

This is a beautiful very flat route, if you like coastal trails this is for you! The mud was an added entertainment! The organisation is brilliant, thoughtfulness radiated repeatedly! I can’t recommend this highly enough, thanks for a great experience.

Huge thanks to all that made this possible, organisers were clear, marshals were very friendly and supportive. Yes it was muddy in places, but you can’t control the weather!
